OBM vs VA

OBM: The OBM (Online Business Manager) is motivated by incentive-based pay. Usually, OBMs start out on a "salary" type retainer and then will move to a retainer + commission structure as they dial in the management and marketing of your business. The better the business runs and makes money -- the more money the OBM can make!

VA: VAs (Virtual Assistants) are usually paid on an hourly, retainer, or project-based compensation plan and their income is not increased as the business makes more money except by an increase in work hours.
